What to Expect from Your EMDR Therapy Sessions?

Each session is tailored to your specific needs and lasts around 60 minutes. A minimum of 5 sessions is required to ensure optimal results. During these sessions, we will create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your trauma at your own pace.

 

Pricing and Terms:

The cost of each session is £120. To create a commitment to healing and ensure a safe therapeutic environment, all sessions must be booked as a package of 5. Once payment is made, we will work together to achieve your therapy goals. Please note that refunds are not offered after booking.
